Automated equipment to Form and Close Regular Slotted Containers
The iXAPACK GLOBAL Case Former allows within one single equipment the formation of your RSC (American Case), from flat blank carton, with bottom adhesive tape sealing.
This equipment, entirely developed by our team, is ideal for low production volumes (up to 15 cases/min). This RSC Case Erector has a small footprint, for an easy integration into your production lines.
Easy-Friendly equipment to use enabling a quick handling, thanks to its intuitive HMI 19” Touch screen, enabling straight forward settings and fast change over format.
Once the cases have been formed, they are directed to a filling module, which can be robotized or manual depending on the need and the volumes processed.

Standard equipment but customizable, 3 magazine versions are available: on the front, left or right side of the machine.
An ergnonomic solution: the blank magazine and machine outlet are located at a comfortable and optimal working height, ideal for operators.
